RELATED STANDARDS : 4A Medical Formaldehyde Chemical Indicator is classified as Type 4
according to ISO 11140-1 standard.

INTENDED USE OPERATION CONDITIONS

It is indicator for package which is used in formaldehyde sterilization, it is
produced according to ISO 11140 Standards. Indicators which are included
in Type 4 according to ISO 11140 standards gives information to user
whether material within package is sterile or not.
It is used to evaluate the process of formaldehyde sterilization. 4A Medical
Formaldehyde indicators are water based and they do not include toxic
substances.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
Each box contains 500 pieces indicator printed carton sheets. The indicator
is formaldhyded concentration sensitive.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL PACKAGING MANIFACTURER
The expired products are not used. It’s kept in the places with room
temperature without humidity and sun lights. It shouldn’t be in contact with
liquid. Damaged and defective products are not used. Shelf life is 5 years
after prodcution date. After sterilization indicator keep sterilization colour
for 6 month.
