Indicators which are water based , non toxic and give accurate result for steam, EO Gas and Formaldehyde (FO) Strong seal-strength, visible sealing lines. Clean fibre-free opening.All materials comply with international standards. Opening direction marked. Conformity with EN 868-5Gusset Rolls has increased filling volume and can hold an increased amount of volume in comparison with Flat Reels.

Steam Chemical Indicators are the products that are put into each sterilization package and that indicate success of the sterilization. Type 6 Steam Chemical Indicators are cycle verification indicators that confirm the presence or absence of specific time, temperature and pressure parameters during a cycle. Type 6 Steam Chemical Indicator 3,5 minutes operates up to 15 minutes at 121°C or up to 3,5 minutes at 134°C. Type 6 Steam Chemical Indicator 7 minutes operates up to 20 minutes at 121°C and up to 7 minutes at 134°C. Before the sterilization process of medical equipment and surgical instruments, there is a prewashing procedure. By the means of this procedure, blood residues remaining on especially surgical instruments that cause cross infection is surely cleaned. After Washing/Disinfection steps, there might be some residues or contaminants left in varying colors that can be observed. It is very essential to identify if the residue is of blood or corrosion, in order to carry out sterilization properly or otherwise to dispose the equipment. This blood residue test developed in our laboratories is an indicator which changes color only with a specific enzyme in the blood. By using this test, it is very easy to identify trace amounts of blood. Without a need of long incubation time, our test is able to identify up to~0.1micrograms of blood in residue, faster than any other test methods, that is as short as 10 seconds
