GERELATEERDE STANDAARDEN: 4A Medical Security Seal’s Indicator is classified as Type 1 according to ISO 11140-1 standard.

BEOOGD GEBRUIK: 4A Medical Security Seal is used in order to secure the container for opening by un-authorized staff. The container seals are offering an important shackle in the quality management chain. Prevents opening by un-authorized ¹ staff. Only by breaking the seal the container can be opened. A check at the OR for broken seals is guaranteeing the sterility of materials from the moment of sterilization till the actual use. 

BEDRIJFSOMSTANDIGHEDEN: 4A Medical Security Seals are designed to operate at steam cycle.

CHEMISCHE SAMENSTELLING: De sterilisatie-indicatorinkt die voor het afdrukken wordt gebruikt, bevat de volgende componenten in ppm-niveaus:

• Water (CAS # 7732-18-5): 35%
• Diacetone Alcohol (CAS # 123-42-2): 3%
• Eigendomsmengsel (CAS #N/A): 62%

Bevat geen stoffen die als gevaarlijk zijn aangemerkt en waarmee volgens de EG-richtlijnen rekening moet worden gehouden.

PRODUCTSPECIFICATIES: Each pack contains 100 pieces. The indicator is temperature, time and steam concentration sensitive.

OPSLAG EN VERWIJDERING: The expired products are not used. It’s kept in the places with room temperature without humidity and sun lights. It shouldn’t be in contact with liquid. Damaged and defective products are not used. Shelf life is 5 years after production date. After sterilization indicator keep sterilization colour for 6 month.

VERPAKKING: 100 pieces is packed in plastic bags.
